We are in URGENT need of a Project Accountant, who will oversee all Accounting issues of our current Real Estate Development project. Requirements are the following:
- A Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or Similar
- Preferably, has work experience in Accounting applied in fields of real estate, leasing, and the like
- Job requires the candidate to be organized, highly analytical, and have a keen eye for detail to spot any issues that may arise
- Must be able to prioritize, work independently; and can communicate articulately and efficiently on print and verbally
- Team player and is willing and enthusiastic to learn
